FedEx Printing & Delivery Services

The university has contracted for the FedEx Office Print-on-Demand program for large printing projects. Please take advantage of this program for projects that require bulk printing and distribution of documents, manuals, brochures, flyers, and others. The program includes free FedEx pick up and delivery of the printed product to your office within 30 miles of FedEx print location. See the flyer for details.

FedEx Shipping Services - Account Set-up Instructions

  • The local department administrator who wishes to grant shipping rights to a departmental user should fill out the FedEx Account Setup Form (PDF). Once completed, send the completed form to P2P at [email protected] for processing.
  • Procurement will establish a FedEx account number on the requestor’s behalf in the FedEx database.
  • FedEx will email the requestor their account number, a user ID name, and password.
  • Once the requestor receives their account number from FedEx, proceed to FedEx login.
  • Enter the User ID and password that were provided by FedEx and start scheduling shipments.

UPS Shipping Services - Account Set-up Instructions

  • The local department administrator who wishes to grant shipping rights to a departmental user should fill out the UPS Registration Form (PDF). Once completed, send the completed form to P2P at [email protected] for processing.
  • Procurement will establish an UPS account number on the Requestor’s behalf in the UPS database.
  • UPS will email the requestor their account number, a user ID name, and password
  • Once the requestor receives their account number from UPS, proceed to UPS login.
  • Enter the login profile that was provided by UPS (i.e., account number, user ID name and password).
