Shredding Services

The University’s preferred shredding companies are Iron Mountain, Inc. and ProShred. These two trusted providers deliver secure, reliable document destruction/shredding services. Both vendors have been thoroughly vetted and awarded through the Procure-to-Pay Department’s formal RFP process, ensuring compliance and peace of mind when handling sensitive information.

From one-time projects to ongoing service needs, these providers offer flexible shredding solutions tailored to each department's needs.

Getting Started
Before scheduling services, each department must set up an account under the GW’s master service agreement. To request a new account, please email p2pgwu [dot] edu (p2p[at]gwu[dot]edu) or p2pmfa [dot] gwu [dot] edu (p2p[at]mfa[dot]gwu[dot]edu). Once your account is active, you’ll be able to work directly with Iron Mountain or ProShred to arrange service.
