The local department administrator who wishes to grant shipping rights to a departmental user should fill out the FedEx Account Setup Form (PDF). Once completed, send the completed form to Basil Wilson at bwilsogwu [dot] edu (bwilso[at]gwu[dot]edu) for processing.
Procurement will establish a FedEx account number on the requestor’s behalf in the FedEx database.
FedEx will email the requestor their account number, a user ID name, and password.
Once the requestor receives their account number from FedEx, proceed to FedEx login.
Enter the User ID and password that were provided by FedEx and start scheduling shipments.
